We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who thrives on streamlining processes and building innovative solutions that empower teams. Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders in finance, ERP, and customer service to identify areas for improvement and define product roadmaps that address key business needs.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Track and analyze product usage data to measure success and identify opportunities for further optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business technology systems and internal operations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on business technology or internal operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, launching, and managing complex product initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of finance, ERP systems, and customer service workflows.
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering features in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
  • Current business systems include Sage Intacct, Adobe Commerce, AWS
