About the Company

Saatva, the leading brand in the direct-to-consumer sleep industry, seeks an experienced and customer-centric Senior Associate to spearhead the development, management, and optimization of a comprehensive DTC Omni-channel promotions and pricing strategy and implementation. In this pivotal role, you will help define and implement Saatva’s promotions and pricing activities across all sales channels. You will leverage your deep analytical skills and market insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, maintain competitiveness, and enhance profitability.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of Omni-channel B2C promotion and pricing dynamics. (e.g., DTC e-commerce and stores) This position is remote.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer pricing sensitivity to recommend optimal omni-channel promotion and pricing strategies.
  • Establish a comprehensive promotion and pricing strategy that fuels customer acquisition while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Think complex promotional and pricing matrices across digital and brick-and-mortar stores, and interplay between numerous product lines.
  • Develop, implement, and manage promotional campaigns to ensure that the customer has a clear and consistent pricing and promotion experience across all sales channels.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to set and communicate the type, duration, and expiration of upcoming sales and promotions.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering to develop and refine pricing models and algorithms to improve effectiveness of pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Create analytics and reporting to track performance of pricing and promotion campaigns across all sales channels. Present reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis with recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on the legal and regulatory landscape

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related discipline

Required Skills

  • 8+ years’ experience in a B2C marketing role leading promotion and pricing programs
  • 3+ years’ experience in pricing, promotion, merchandizing, revenue management, or a related analytical role.
  • Strategic thinking with experience developing multi-year comprehensive promotion and pricing strategies.
  • Experience using loyalty and promotion programs.
  • Exceptional ability to craft written and verbal communications for different audiences.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work autonomously.
  • E-commerce/marketplace marketing experience.
  • Understanding and practical experience with statistics, algorithms, and multivariate testing.
  • Experience conducting data analysis and using user segmentation tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines regarding advertising and consumer transparency.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Has a proven track record of success in managing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Displays exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
